Create a private support ticket in the Aptana Cloud project
To setup SSL on your cloud site, please create a support ticket at: http://support.aptana.com/asap/secure/Dashboard.jspa
When you create the ticket, please set the project to Aptana Cloud and the Security Level to Private.
I already have a signed certificate and key
Aptana can install an existing certificate and key on your cloud site with our automated system. Please attach the certificate and key to the support ticket and be sure the ticket is marked as Private before doing so.
I don't have a signed certificate and key.
We can generate a Certificate Signing Request for you that you can then get signed by a certificate authority. Godaddy, for instance, provides signing services at a reasonable price.
In order for us to generate the Certificate Signing Request, please include the following information in your support ticket:
- Domain name (common name, e.g., example.com or subdomain.example.com)
- Organization (typically your company name)
- Organizational unit
- City
- State
- Country
