Use this dialog box to specify how your Ruby or Ruby on Rails project uses Java. You open the dialog box by right-clicking the main project node for a Ruby or Rails project in the Projects window, choosing Properties, and selecting Java from the Categories list.
- These properties apply only if your interpreter is JRuby.
- Include Java (Requires Restart). If your project makes calls to Java libraries, you must select this checkbox so JRuby Java
support will be available to the project. You must restart the IDE for this option to take effect.
- JRuby Class Path: Runtime Libraries. Add the Java archive (JAR)
files needed by the project by clicking the Add Jar/Folder button.
