Elite force dedicated server for Linux.
Patch release version 1.20

With much gratitude to James Drews (drews@engr.wisc.edu) for compiling this and sorting out the problems.

Thanks to Dekard@admincentral.net for running the servers to test out the fixes.

Install instructions:
This archive contains two binaries. One is compiled for use with and requires glib2.1.3, the
other has the glib staticly linked (and much larger binary). You only need one of the two
binaries, not both.

-Create a directory for the game (say /usr/local/games/stvef)
-Copy the linux binary into this directory
-Create the 'baseEF' directory (mkdir /usr/local/games/stvef/baseEF)
Note, YES, it is case sensitive
-Copy the files from the baseEF directory of the retail CD into the
   baseEF directory you just created
-Copy the patch .pk3 files into the baseEF directory
Note, you need both the pak1.pk3 and pak2.pk3 files and optionally the pak3.pk3
-Create a config file or modify and use the example provided with this archive

Running the dedicated server:

-"cd" into the game directory (cd /usr/local/games/stvef)
-Run the binary. An example is:
    ./linuxstvef_1.2-static +exec server.cfg

Notes:
-the game needs "baseEF" as the subdirectory not "baseef"
-The game will look in the /baseEF directory or home directory of the user running the probram (~/.stvoy/)
-if you wish to talk to users on your server, the "say" command for dedicated servers is "svsay"
