 For example given a soap 11 soap message:

 QName faultQName = new QName(ns, "myException");
 WSDLFault wsdlFault  = getFault(faultQName);

 The above call will return a WSDLFault that abstracts wsdl:portType/wsdl:operation/wsdl:fault.
